Woodhatch

A settled residential suburb south of the town centre on the A217, with local shops, schools and good road links.

Woodhatch is a residential area to the south of Reigate town centre, on the A217 towards Sidlow and Horley. It grew through the 20th century as Reigate expanded southwards and today is a settled suburb with its own local shops and community facilities.

## Living in Woodhatch

Woodhatch is centred on the A217 Woodhatch Road and the roundabout where the A217 meets Prices Lane and Cockshot Hill. The area has a parade of local shops, a primary school and the Woodhatch community centre. It is largely made up of family housing and is popular with commuters for its road links.

## Getting Around

Woodhatch has direct road access south towards junction 8 of the M25 and Gatwick Airport via the A217, and north into Reigate town centre. Local bus services connect the area to Reigate and Redhill.
